




Job Summary: The Unit Price Analyst will prepare, analyze, and update construction budgets, ensuring accurate cost integration and project profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Unit price preparation and analysis 2. Construction budget integration 3. Analysis of direct and indirect costs ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in NEODATA, PROJECT, and EXCEL. Knowledge of construction processes. OBJECTIVE: The Unit Price Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and updating construction budgets, ensuring accurate cost integration and project profitability. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and analysis of unit prices. Integration of construction budgets (materials, labor, machinery, etc.). Analysis of direct and indirect costs. Generation of item catalogues. Work volumes. Cost comparisons and budgetary control. Technical and economic proposals for tenders.
