We offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment with ample professional development opportunities. ### **Job Responsibilities** As a Revit Architectural Modeler, your main responsibilities will include: * Detailed architectural modeling of projects in Revit, ensuring information quality and accuracy. * Development of BIM models according to defined standards and project specifications. * Close collaboration with other departments (structures, MEP, etc.) to ensure proper BIM coordination. * Generation of technical documentation from models (drawings, measurements, quantities, etc.). * Review and validation of models to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory project requirements. * Participation in technical and multidisciplinary coordination meetings. * Contribution to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows. ### **Job Requirements** * University degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture, or related higher vocational training. * **Minimum proven experience of 5 years in BIM modeling using Revit.** * **Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical industrial sector projects**, preferably in production facilities, laboratories, cleanrooms, or regulated installations. * Solid knowledge and specialization in Revit architectural (ARQ) modeling for buildings. * Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial and tertiary construction (industrial plants, laboratories, industrial warehouses, technical buildings, etc.). * Knowledge of modeling in other disciplines: structures (STR) and MEP. * Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards applicable to industrial and pharmaceutical projects. * Experience with BIM management and coordination software. ### **What We Offer** * Joining a high-level technical team at a continuously growing company. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Participation in complex, challenging, and innovative industrial projects. * Excellent working environment.
