Development of effective communication and organizational skills **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: University-level studies without degree. Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum experience: 1 year in operational security recruitment, with experience in high-volume hiring and urgent vacancy coverage. * Knowledge of interview techniques, competency-based selection, job board and social media management, private security processes, and basic psychometric assessments. * Skills in results orientation, effective communication, organization, proactivity, honesty, and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Job Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Review, compilation, and updating of personnel files. * Personnel credentialing. * Uniform assignment and control. * IMSS registration and termination procedures. * Administrative procedures and coordination with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Control and updating of trust control examinations and/or tests.
