If you have experience handling **medical expense claims** and **reimbursements**, this is your opportunity to continue growing within the insurance industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Submit reimbursement requests via the portals of major insurance providers. * Manage medical expense claims and auto insurance claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Coordinate and communicate with physicians to obtain necessary documentation and clarifications for claim processing. * Manage and conduct hospital and agency visits to resolve incidents and follow up on cases. * Complete forms and update records in internal systems. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of solid experience in a similar role within medical expense and auto insurance claims. * Knowledge of insurance policy terms and reimbursement processes (GNP and Mapfre). * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Administration, Health Sciences, or related field. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hours. * Residence near (Av.
