Close coordination with key departments to optimize processes **Inventory Manager** **At Maxiacero, our talent is the engine of success!** A 100% Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry, we are expanding our team by hiring an **Inventory Manager with experience in inventory management, control, and supervision**, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of steel stock, coordinating physical audits and systemic controls to optimize inventory levels. **What we seek in you:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse auditing, or stock control * Knowledge of inventory methodologies * Proficiency in inventory tools * Knowledge of logistics **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** · Supervise and validate steel material entries and exits in the ERP system. · Plan and execute cyclic counts and wall\-to\-wall counts to ensure alignment between physical stock at CEDI’s and branches versus system records. · Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes. · Develop and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans to ensure achievement of inventory accuracy and stock optimization objectives. · Prepare and present inventory results and status reports directly to the General Management, highlighting stock levels, losses, deviations, and strategic improvement proposals. · Provide follow-up and close coordination with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Shipping departments to ensure accurate information and material flow, avoiding bottlenecks and administrative discrepancies. · Support departmental activities as directed by the manager. **We offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $16,000\.00 to $18,000\.00 net per month, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, 15-day bonus, PV 25%) * Monthly variable bonus based on objective attainment. * Professional growth opportunities * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays half-day **Workplace:** Av.
