Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead with experience in ETL testing, capable of leading quality initiatives from architecture and automation perspectives within complex data environments. A role that goes beyond result validation to provide strategic insight and effective communication. **Quality Engineering Lead | ETL Testing** Extract: retrieve data from one or multiple sources. Transform: clean, calculate, adapt, or otherwise transform that data. Load: load the data into a database, data warehouse, data lake, or target system. This position is ideal for professionals who understand that quality does not begin at the end of development—but starts with architecture, data, automation, and continuous improvement. **What Makes This Role Different:** This is not merely about running scripts or validating outputs. Work with ETL processes and automation. Develop or maintain solutions using Java or Python. Use tools such as Selenium or Playwright. Participate in data analysis and technical validations. Communicate clearly, propose improvements, and articulate solutions. Collaborate during MST business hours. **Ideal Profile** 5+ years of experience in quality, automation, or data-related environments. Strong knowledge of: SQL | ETL | Java or Python | Selenium or Playwright | Snowflake / databases ***CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH B2–C1*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, or a related field.
