Focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization Inter EMPLEOS is looking for a Controller Manager for the Graphic Arts Industry in Texcoco, State of Mexico. A prominent company in the Graphic Arts and flexographic manufacturing sector is seeking a Controller Manager with solid financial, tax, and accounting experience, results-oriented, and possessing strong leadership skills for managing work teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree certification mandatory). * Master’s degree in Finance, Taxation, or MBA is desirable. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Controller or Finance departments within manufacturing companies, preferably in graphic arts, printing, flexography, or packaging. * In-depth knowledge of tax, financial, accounting, and industrial cost control topics. * Experience leading work teams and developing internal controls. * Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel. * Solid understanding of Mexican tax legislation, financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and auditing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the company’s accounting and financial operations. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage budgets, cash flow, and variance analysis. • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventories. Control and analyze production costs, losses, and waste. * Generate strategic financial reports for senior management. * Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. * Coordinate internal and external audits. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership, analytical thinking, results orientation, data-driven decision making, organization, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication. **Work Location:** Texcoco, State of Mexico. ️ Living near the area or having convenient transportation access is highly preferred. **Salary:** $45,000 to $55,000 MXN gross per month \+ Statutory benefits \+ Hybrid payment scheme.
