Your mission will be to ensure operational continuity while current systems undergo transformation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support for Finance and Human Capital applications * Address incidents and track user requests * Analyze operational issues within the systems * Support operational continuity during the modernization project * Collaborate directly with on-site users **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or related field. **Immediate availability.** * **Minimum required experience:** * Minimum 2 years of support experience in Oracle EBS R12 or similar roles * Experience in financial modules: AR, AP, PO, AF, GL. **Specific technical knowledge required:** * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases * PL/SQL programming language * Technical and functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (AR, AP, PO, AF, GL) * Consumption of REST and SOAP services * Business analysis capability * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with users * Experience in user assistance and support **We Offer** * Compensation package commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits **Initial 9-month contract with potential for extension.** * Monday \- Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM * Work Location: Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 301\-15th floor, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Ciudad de México, CDMX Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 9 months Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
