Our offer includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 45,000–MXN (gross), statutory benefits, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers. * **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid, with office presence at Polanco offices (3 days/week) **What We’re Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Consultant, or Power Platform Engineer. * 2–3 years in requirements management, information gathering, and stakeholder and business user engagement. * Experience leading teams, software development, mentoring interns and trainees, and managing vendors. * 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (complex flows, integrations, approvals), Power BI (modeling, DAX, governance), Power Pages, etc. * 2–3 years managing Power Platform governance: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environments, containers, CoE Starter Kit monitoring, licensing management. * 2–3 integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc., with Microsoft 365 and Azure (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs). * Legacy ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). * Experience in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL development.
