**Opportunity for Tracking Analyst at Comercializadora Gonac S.A. de C.V.** **Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor vehicles through the Motum, My Scania, and Synotruck platforms. * Validate compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. * Detect and report in real time any deviation, unauthorized stop, delay, or risk event. * Coordinate with operations, traffic personnel, and security to resolve incidents en route. * Document operational incidents and issue timely notifications to all involved departments. * Assist in locating vehicles during emergencies, accidents, or loss of signal. * Ensure timely and proper unloading of vehicles at customer locations. * Report prolonged operator stops en route. * Review trailers with the shipping department prior to vehicle departures and address any discrepancies identified.
