





At **AHORRA**, we continue to grow and are looking for an **Implementation Coordinator** to help us ensure our customers’ success. Your mission will be to lead the rollout of our service, ensuring that every project meets the quality standards, timelines, and satisfaction levels that define us. **Position Objective:** Ensure that the go-live occurs on time and as planned, guaranteeing customer satisfaction from day one and minimizing technical or operational friction during the transition to the Support team. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * **Project Management:** Create schedules (Gantt charts), define key milestones, and coordinate resources to ensure successful launch. * **Technical Configuration:** Configure the tool according to client requirements (database uploads, workflows, and user stories). * **Training:** Design and deliver training sessions (webinars or in-person) to ensure user adoption of the system. * **Communication:** Keep stakeholders informed by reporting progress and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. * **Documentation:** Create manuals and guides detailing the client-specific configuration for handover to the Success/Support team. **Profile We Are Seeking:** * **Technical Experience:** + Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** (mandatory database handling skills; familiarity with **CSV/XML** for data migration). + Experience with project management tools such as **Jira**. + Understanding of **Agile methodologies**. * **Business Knowledge:** + Clear understanding of commercial processes: New sales, renewals, lead assignment, and lead management. * **Soft Skills:** + **Assertive Communication:** Ability to translate technical concepts into business language. + **Problem Solving:** Ability to diagnose issues and propose workarounds under pressure. + **Organization:** Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous implementations (multitasking). + **Empathy:** Patience and excellent client-handling skills when facing resistance to change. **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $16,000 MXN (net).
