360° Recruitment Analyst **Location:** Cholula, Puebla **Position Objective:** Contribute to our clients' success by connecting organizations with key individuals through innovative strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete talent acquisition cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients (Technology Sector, Services, Administrative and Operational roles), ensuring response times (Time to Fill) and quality in selection screening. **Responsibilities and Challenges:** * **Multi-account Management (Agency):** Simultaneous management of job openings across different industries. * **Specialized Hunting:** Direct search for strategic and highly qualified talent (Technology, Engineering, Mid-level Management) using headhunting techniques. * **Recruitment 4.0:** Mass and strategic dissemination on digital platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC) and field networks to attract active and passive candidates. * **Quality Screening:** Conducting competency-based interviews, administering and interpreting psychometric tests, and validating references to ensure candidate integrity and adaptability. * **Client Service:** Supporting account managers and reporting weekly coverage metrics and status updates. **Profile Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in **Recruitment Agency** (essential experience handling fast-paced environments). * *Experience in Recruitment and Personnel Selection* * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Soft Skills:** * High frustration tolerance and ability to handle pressure. * Professionalism and empathy. * Sense of urgency and results orientation. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in recruitment sources, HR metrics, Microsoft Office Suite, psychometric testing. **Job Offer:** * **Salary:** 12,000 MXN (short-term professional and economic growth based on performance). * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays (on-call shifts). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, professional development, employee discounts, discounted cafeteria service. * **Work Location:** Cholula, Puebla.
