Strategic partner to company executive leadership ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER We seek a leader with strategic vision, results orientation, and solid experience leading organizational transformation processes within high-operational manufacturing and retail enterprises. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Organizational Development and Training strategies, aligning talent management with business objectives and strengthening the company's organizational culture. **\*REQUIRED PROFILE:\***\- * Minimum 3 years of experience as Organizational Development and Training Manager.\- * Essential experience in manufacturing and retail enterprises with workforces exceeding 1,500 employees.\- * Demonstrable participation in cultural transformation and organizational strengthening processes.\- * Experience leading talent development strategies in operational and commercial environments.\- * Strategic leadership in human talent management and development. **\*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\***\- * Design and implement talent retention and development strategies.\- * Lead performance evaluation processes and career growth plans.\- * Manage workplace climate and organizational culture initiatives.\- * Develop and interpret human capital metrics to support decision-making.\- * Strengthen internal communication processes and organizational alignment.\- * Lead training and personnel development programs across operational, administrative, commercial, and managerial levels.\- * Drive organizational change initiatives focused on productivity, employee engagement, and talent retention. * We seek an individual with strong leadership capability, strategic vision, organizational influence, and results orientation—capable of becoming a strategic partner to company executive leadership and leading high-impact initiatives in culture, organizational development, and talent management.
