Responsibilities: * Support in **content planning** for various communication channels across the company's different brands. * Manage **mailing** dispatches and digital campaigns. * Coordinate and execute **promotional activations and activities**. * Monitor basic metrics and prepare performance reports. * Collaborate with the sales team to boost campaigns and promotions. * Propose fresh ideas that help enhance the company's positioning. Requirements: * Interest in marketing, communications, or related fields. * Passion for creativity, organization, and teamwork. * Basic knowledge of social media and mailing (not essential; training provided). * **Proactivity and creativity**, with a willingness to suggest and implement ideas. * Enjoy expressing yourself on camera or in public (not required but valued). * **Age 18\-29 years** (requirement of the Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro program).
