**About the Position** Mundo Ejecutivo Puebla is seeking an **Information Manager** with strategic vision, editorial leadership, and analytical capabilities to lead, coordinate, and strengthen the content of **Mundo Ejecutivo Puebla**, **Mundo Ejecutivo Tlaxcala**, **Puebla Hoy**, and **Tlaxcala Hoy**. The primary objective will be to **optimize information, increase digital traffic, and enhance audience conversion**, ensuring a balance between journalistic quality, SEO focus, and the brand's business objectives. **Main Responsibilities** ● Design, implement, and oversee the **editorial and content strategy** for assigned websites. ● Monitor and **analyze digital performance metrics** (visits, reading time, CTR, conversions, engagement) to inform editorial decisions. ● Ensure all content adheres to **SEO writing principles** and aligns with the identity of Mundo Ejecutivo. ● Coordinate the editorial calendar in collaboration with **commercial, communications, and social media teams** to align campaigns and positioning strategies. ● Supervise writers, editors, and reporters, ensuring informational quality, thematic relevance, and timely delivery. ● **Cover and manage political and economic sources**, producing exclusive, contextualized, and relevant content for local and regional audiences. ● Promote a **culture of digital innovation**, integrating new formats and narrative approaches across web and social platforms. ● Represent the brand before sources, institutions, and organizations when necessary. **Requirements** ● **Age:** 25 to 40 years. ● **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Communications, Journalism, or related fields**. ● **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in digital media, preferably in editorial coordination or managerial roles. ● Proficiency in **interpreting digital metrics** (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, or similar tools). ● Advanced knowledge of **SEO strategies**, news trends, and monitoring tools.
