And we are looking for your talent to join our team as: "Preparation Maintenance Coordinator" Requirements: \- Mandatory 5 or more years of experience in spinning textile machinery (ring and Open end) \- Degree in Industrial, Textile or Mechatronics Engineering or related field. \- Knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechanics and pneumatics. \- Age 25 and above. \- Must live near Parque Industrial Resurrección. \- Preferably textile experience (NOT AUTOMOTIVE). Responsibilities: \- Manage personnel under supervision to ensure compliance with maintenance programs. \- Guarantee compliance with maintenance program (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) \- Ensure personnel have the necessary tools to perform their work effectively. \- Monitor maintenance indicators and action plans. \- Report to GM any damage or failure of tools, components, spare parts or machinery due to negligence or improper operation detected in any area. \- Advise and train supervised personnel on major failures when necessary.
