Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer to supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with installation drawings and proper use of materials. POSITION: CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ENGINEER WITH KNOWLEDGE IN INSTALLATIONS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMECHANICAL, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. Education: Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer, to work directly on-site. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday Experience: Personnel supervision, interaction with subcontractors, knowledge of construction materials and diverse installations, electrical installations, plumbing systems, hydraulic systems, CCTV conduit routing, voice and data cabling, medium- and low-voltage installations, air conditioning systems, etc. Blueprint interpretation and work volume generation. Skills: Practical, teamwork-oriented, proactive. Key Responsibilities: Material quantification; conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to installation drawings; supervising and monitoring construction progress; field supervision of all types of installations; verifying that materials are used according to estimates.
