





**Assistant Store Manager** **Overview:** We are looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to join the **TIMBERLAND STORE** team, a company dedicated to selling products at Outlet Puebla. This position is key to ensuring the **efficient operation of the branch**, **staff management**, **inventory control**, and the **achievement of overall store goals**. The selected candidate will directly contribute to the growth and stability of the store, ensuring high-quality daily operations and customer satisfaction. **Job Offer:** * **Base salary of $9,364.00 monthly** plus **commissions based on achievement of overall store targets and individual performance goals**. * **Statutory benefits** and **profit sharing (PTU)**. * **Employee discount** on store products. * **Job stability** and opportunities for short-, medium-, and long-term growth. * **Working hours**: Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 to 20:00 hrs, Friday and Saturday from 10:30\-21:00 hrs, with **one and a half days off** and **2 hours for meals**. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree in **business administration** or related field. * **Experience:** Preferably extensive experience in a managerial role, personnel management, training, **inventory control**, **KPIs**, **TC**, **APT**, and knowledge of **Friedman**. * **Documentation:** **Official ID**, **proof of tax status**, and **updated RFC** required for hiring. * **Availability:** To work **full-time** according to the established schedule. **Responsibilities:** * **Opening and closing of the branch**, ensuring proper daily operations. * **Management of deposits** and tracking of the store's financial transactions. * **Training and supervision of staff**, promoting goal achievement and adherence to company standards. * **Overall store management**, including **inventory control**, **KPI monitoring**, and **goal attainment**.
