We are a recycling business **Job Responsibilities** * Collection of recyclables on production lines (supermarket-type) requiring walking along production machinery throughout the shift. * Sorting and separation of cardboard, paper, plastics; baling and all tasks related to recycling. * Work takes place indoors at the production plant—not outdoors on the street. * Operation of balers. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in using a mobile phone is essential. * Preferred age group: young individuals, as the role requires lifting heavy bundles and walking continuously during collection from machinery all day. * We provide personal protective equipment; however, applicants must bring their own steel-toed boots initially. * Willingness to undergo random anti-doping tests (for prohibited substances). * Daily alcohol testing for all staff prior to starting each shift. **We Offer:** * Punctuality bonus. * Statutory rest day (depending on assigned shift, this may fall on any day of the week). * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (reparto). * Overtime pay is double the regular rate and is assigned only when required by the business—not upon employee request. * Guaranteed Saturday payroll: initial payments in cash, followed by direct deposit into Banamex payroll card. **Shift Schedules – Morning, Afternoon, and Night:** * Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM * Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM * Night shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Rotating shift schedule with position changes—ensuring equal opportunities for growth and shift rotation for all employees.
