**Job Description** We are looking to add **2 highly skilled ERP Syteline Developers** to our team to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Syteline ERP system. Selected candidates will work on customizing, integrating, and optimizing business processes, collaborating closely with various departments across the organization to ensure the system operates efficiently. **Essential Technical Requirements** * **Proven experience in .NET Desktop development** (Windows Forms, WPF) * **Proficiency in SQL Server and Transact\-SQL**, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and query optimization * **Experience with Git version control** and collaborative workflows * **Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)** for designing and developing enterprise reports * **Strong programming logic and data structures knowledge** * **Experience in relational database design and modeling** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain Syteline ERP customizations according to business requirements * Create and optimize stored procedures, views, and functions in SQL Server * Design and implement customized reports using SSRS * Conduct technical analysis and solution design to improve business processes * Document developments and keep the code repository up to date * Provide technical support to ERP system users * Participate in integration projects between Syteline and other systems * Perform unit and integration testing of developed solutions **Desirable Competencies** * Prior experience specifically with ERP Syteline/CloudSuite Industrial * Knowledge of Syteline’s data model and architecture * Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills * Communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical users * Team-oriented mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies * Proactivity and self-management capability **Employment Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site/Hybrid (to be determined) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Contract Type:** Full-time * **Available Positions:** 2 openings **What We Offer?** * A professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Ongoing training in ERP technologies * Involvement in challenging digital transformation projects Job Type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mérida, Yuc.
