You only need: * Bachelor's degree in accounting (degree and license) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (legal entities) * Knowledge of weekly and biweekly payroll calculations, taxes, and social security. * Proficiency in salary calculations, severance pay, statutory benefits, and additional legal entitlements. * Experience with payroll systems (SUA, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and other office tools. * Good communication skills and customer service orientation. * Knowledge of current labor and tax regulations. * Availability for our recruitment process and executive image. To perform the following general duties: * Record and process attendance incidents such as absences, vacations, leaves, disabilities, and others affecting employee payments. * Prepare preliminary payroll (salary calculations, deductions (taxes, social security, etc.), and other earnings, as well as determination of integrated daily salary and employer-employee contributions). * Calculate vacation bonuses, PTU (Profit Sharing), Christmas bonuses, and additional statutory benefits. * Resolve authorized employee inquiries and questions regarding payroll. * Maintain and update records, files, and organization of payroll-related documentation including receipts, contracts, personnel movements, etc. * Prepare periodic payroll reports including data on labor costs, taxes, and other relevant metrics (KPIs). * Timely communication of corresponding registration of hires, terminations, and salary changes (IMSS, etc.). * Collaborate with the human resources team. * Perform assigned job-specific tasks, committing to maintain confidentiality. * Manage IMSS salary registrations, terminations, and modifications. * Follow up on additional administrative tasks or functions within the department.
