Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized site architect to coordinate projects, manage documentation, and ensure quality, with experience in new construction, expansion, and renovation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in new construction, expansion, and/or renovation projects. 2. Interdisciplinary coordination and on-site cost control. 3. Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Essential Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (graduated or intern with completed social service). Minimum Experience 3–5 verifiable years as a site architect. Specific experience in medium-scale new construction, expansion, and/or renovation projects (preferably valued between 10–40 M MXN). Technical Knowledge Development and review of construction drawings. Experience in interdisciplinary coordination (structures, installations, masonry, finishes). Cost control and quantity take-offs (take\-off) for construction work. Interpretation of regulations and use of specifications. Software (mandatory) AutoCAD (advanced proficiency). Intermediate\-advanced Excel. Management of organized digital files. Desirable tools (not mandatory but preferred) Revit (basic modeling or coordination). SketchUp / Lumion for presentations. Experience with budgeting and scheduling tools (Primavera or similar). Personal Skills Organization and priority management. Clear communication with teams and clients. Proactivity and on-site problem solving. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Main Responsibilities Preparation and review of architectural construction drawings. Support in site surveys and basic supervision. Development of quantity take-offs, budgets, and change orders. Coordination with professionals from other disciplines. Document management (drawings, specifications, site logbook). Quality assurance for finishes and specifications. Participation in meetings with management, clients, or contractors. Verifiable experience with supporting evidence (project portfolio / references). Submission of project portfolios and/or developed drawings.
