This role combines distributor management (sell-in/sell-out) and consultative sales to large producers, ensuring profitable growth (margin and product mix), inventory turnover, and portfolio discipline. **Key responsibilities** **Distributor management (channel):** Activate and develop assigned distributors: set targets, define monthly plans, and monitor execution. **Drive sell-out:** train distributor sales teams, conduct joint field visits, and execute promotional activities. **Coordinate commercial actions:** field days, technical talks, demonstrations, and point-of-sale materials.
