Conflict resolution and SAP proficiency **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **FORD ZONA ESMERALDA** **Hiring:** **SERVICE ADVISOR.** **Purpose:** Customer contact and Work Order registration across multiple portals to keep customers informed, in accordance with departmental processes and policies. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 23 years old. * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Location:** FORD ZONA ESMERALDA * **Experience:** In the service area. * **Specific knowledge:** Service advisor. * **Driver's license:** Valid and mandatory. * **Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** * Customer service; conflict management * Vehicle handling. * Technical reporting (basic) * SAP proficiency * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Adherence to and follow-up on processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedules and registers appointments in the system (brand portal and SAP). * Receives vehicles for service, including vehicle parking and completion of vehicle reception forms. * Registers the vehicle in the system and assigns a parking location. * Creates work orders in the system and validates active campaigns on vehicles to add services or apply warranty coverage. * Moves the vehicle into the workshop and places it in the waiting yard for technician assignment. * Receives workshop quotations and sends them to the customer for authorization; receives customer authorization and notifies the workshop. * Requests parts when applicable, informs the customer of expected arrival time and repair duration.
