Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to document operational activities, diagram processes, design organizational structures, and create visual aids for the QMS. We are looking for your talent for the position **QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (Diploma and Professional License required) * **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 standard (or equivalent). * Interpretation of Mexican Official Standard NOM-241-SSA1-2025, Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices. * Methodology for developing manuals and SOPs. * Technical diagramming symbols (ANSI, BPMN 2.0). **Responsibilities:** * **Information Gathering:** Conduct interviews with process owners to thoroughly document operational activities. * **Process Diagramming:** Develop detailed and standardized flowcharts for each SOP. * **Organizational Structuring:** Design and update the institutional organizational chart and corresponding job descriptions. * **Visual Aid Design:** Create didactic graphical materials to facilitate staff training on the QMS. * **Document Control:** Ensure graphical documents comply with established formatting, coding, and change control requirements within the system. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Career growth. * Monday to Friday work schedule (availability for 2 Saturdays per month as on-call duty) * Work location: Ecatepec de Morelos.
