Warehouse organization and control **Publication Date:** January 22, 2026 **Salary:** 12\.000,00 (MXN)\-13\.000,00 (MXN) per month Job Description: **Position: Warehouse Supervisor – Construction Site** **Location:** Parque Resurrección **Education:** Completed Technical Diploma or High School Diploma **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in warehouse roles (preferably in construction) **Job Objective** To manage and control the construction site warehouse, ensuring proper storage, supply, and documentation of materials, tools, and equipment, thereby supporting successful project execution. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Diploma or High School Diploma (verifiable). * Minimum 3 years of experience as warehouse supervisor or assistant. * Construction site experience preferred. * Knowledge of: * Construction materials. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Construction tools and equipment. * Basic inventory management and control of incoming and outgoing items. * Orderliness, responsibility, and adherence to procedures. * Willingness to work on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and securing materials, tools, and PPE. * Maintaining physical and documentary inventory records. * Recording warehouse inbound and outbound transactions. * Issuing materials according to authorized requisitions. * Supervising proper storage and preservation of materials. * Reporting shortages, damages, or losses. * Assisting with inventory audits or reviews. * Complying with on-site safety and hygiene guidelines. **Competencies** * Organization and control. * Honesty and integrity. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. **We Offer** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment on site.
