Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative assets. **Job Objective** Plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others to generate qualified traffic, increase conversions, and improve the company’s return on ad spend (ROAS). **Main Responsibilities** · Design and execute advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. · Perform audience segmentation and remarketing. · Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time. · Generate performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). · Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop effective creative assets. · Implement and manage pixels, tags, and conversion tracking. · Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance. · Stay updated on trends and platform changes in digital advertising. **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** Minimum 1\-2 years managing digital advertising campaigns. Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. **Technical Knowledge** · Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager. · Understanding of conversion funnels and key metrics. · Automation tools and CRM systems (preferred). **Skills** · Analytical thinking and results orientation. · Teamwork and effective communication skills. · Organization and time management.
