Job Description: **SECURITY SUPERVISOR (INTERNAL)** * Education: Minimum high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Supervisor or Coordinator in on-site security. * Experience coordinating work teams * Experience interacting with customers **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Resilience in emergencies * Strategic thinking * Decision-making ability * Verbal and written communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Coordinates schedule based on current operations. * Responsible for staying updated on relevant developments and following up until resolution or mutual agreement with the client is reached. * Must prepare work schedules for the operational team. * Accountable for information related to assigned services; must therefore maintain full availability at all times. * Evaluates performance of supervised personnel. * Confirms coverage for assigned services. * Must report any relevant developments. * Reinforces training on protocols and responsibilities. * Responsible for payroll incident reporting. * Ensures an ethical environment to foster a positive workplace climate. * Trains security personnel to ensure qualification for performing assigned duties. * Attends meetings with clients for operational follow-up and addresses reported incidents through action plans.
