Willingness to search for and select candidates Inteseg Seguridad Privada is looking for Recruiter Education: Psychology Experience: Minimum 1 year, including competency-based, semi-structured, and structured interviews; administration and scoring of psychometric tests; strong verbal communication skills; job profiling; candidate sourcing and selection. Willingness to conduct flyer distribution and online posting, and attend job fairs. Preference given to candidates who can drive and hold a valid driver's license.
