Private hospital seeks a hospital pharmacy manager. Desirable knowledge of wound care materials, active substances, patented medications, laboratory equipment, and disposable medical supplies. - Inventory control - Regulatory standards of the health sector Two years of experience managing warehouses, preferably in the hospital or health sector. Inventory management (rotation, FIFO, stock levels, minimum and maximum). - Handling of controlled medications - Hospital and sanitary regulations - Preparation of reports and analysis of warehouse performance indicators Skills: - Organization and planning - Leadership and teamwork - Problem solving - Effective communication - Attention to detail - Adaptability to work under high-pressure situations MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of medications, medical materials, and other supplies. Ensure compliance with storage standards (temperature, humidity, and security). - Conduct periodic inventories and maintain updated records. - Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely supply. - Manage expiration date controls and minimize losses. - Prepare reports for medical or administrative management. - Supervise warehouse staff.
