**Position Title:** Warehouse Analyst **Area:** Logistics / Warehouse **Reports to:** Warehouse Manager or Logistics Coordinator **Location:** Parque Industrial 2000 **Position Objective:** Ensure control, recording, and analysis of inventory movements for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods (wooden pallets), guaranteeing accurate and timely information for decision-making and operational efficiency within the warehouse. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record material and product receipts, shipments, and returns in SAP or equivalent system. * Monitor and update physical and theoretical inventory levels in the warehouse. * Perform periodic reconciliations between system inventory records and physical counts. * Assist in planning and executing cycle counts and annual inventories. * Prepare reports on stock levels, turnover, discrepancies, and warehouse performance indicators. * Analyze material consumption, waste, and losses in wooden pallet production. * Coordinate proper storage location, identification, and labeling of materials in the warehouse. * Collaborate with Production and Procurement departments to maintain smooth material flow. * Generate reports and analyses in Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic macros). * Propose improvements in inventory control and storage processes. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics (preferably in wood industry or manufacturing). **Knowledge:** * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting). * SAP, Oracle, SAE, or similar ERP system. * Inventory control, batch tracking, and material turnover. * Good storage practices. * Basic industrial safety standards. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Data analysis. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and continuous improvement. **Job Conditions:** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 6:30 hrs. **Contract Type:** Indefinite term **Salary $9,000 monthly** **Grocery vouchers** **$570 monthly** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $9,649.11 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Desirable) Experience: * warehouse assistant: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
