




1. Conduct analytical studies, both of stages in the production process and of time for productive subprocesses, for each specific part to be manufactured. 2. Plan, manage, and control the entire production process according to received orders and in coordination or supervision of inventory with the planner. 3. Plan production lines and coordinate scheduling. Identify critical points or bottlenecks in the production process. 4. Periodically report issues and improvement opportunities regarding production organization, quality, or machinery to management. 5. Record the worker's current method (set of operations performed to complete their production phase). Measure the time taken using a specific method and apply various control techniques: timekeeping, timing, etc. 6. Process optimization, reduction of downtime, Line Balancing studies. 7. Effective interaction and communication with involved departments to implement improvements.
