Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage, audit, and control inventory, ensuring record accuracy and team information integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages, audits, and controls merchandise inventory 2. Ensures accuracy of physical records against the system 3. Analyzes inventory turnover and generates reports Join our team as: **INVENTORY SUPERVISOR** An individual interested in developing their talent and skills with us, who will manage, audit, and control merchandise inventory in warehouses to ensure accuracy of physical records against the system, and who will be responsible for merchandise counting and providing accurate information to the work team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct inventory counts at warehouses and branches on scheduled dates. * Perform cyclic counts and regular physical audits to ensure theoretical inventory matches actual inventory. * Coordinate and ensure timely submission of inventory data at month-end closing. * Analyze inventory turnover and generate reports on storage efficiency. * Investigate causes of shortages or overages and correct system records accordingly. * Ensure proper product labeling to enhance logistics efficiency. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position (preferred). **"SALARY IS ADJUSTABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE"** Salary: $11,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
