Administration: Creation of control templates (Excel), inventories, and performance reports. Answering calls and emails, and following up on pending tasks. Handling confidential information with discretion. Content Management for our brands. Posting job vacancies and performing intelligent profile filtering for our branches. Strategic Procurement: Quotation and comparative analysis of supplies and assets. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field (internship or graduate). 1 year of experience. Minimum 2 letters of recommendation (professional or personal, not familial). Fluent proficiency in digital tools. Intermediate\-Advanced Microsoft Office Suite. A person with sound judgment, highly organized, and "solution-oriented". We offer: Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 MXN per week. (Based on qualifications) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM.
