Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed leader to coordinate and direct the operations of mold setters and assemblers, ensuring compliance with production programs and quality standards in plastic injection. Taking corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Administration of mold setters and assemblers. · Plan, coordinate, direct, and control the operations of mold setters and assemblers · Ensure compliance with production programs and their recording in SAP · Perform mold changes according to the production plan · Strict control of parameter sheets and adherence to injection processes · Take immediate corrective actions to resolve manufacturing process issues. · Supervise order and cleanliness in the production area. · Ensure achievement of mold change and setter targets JOB PROFILE: • SKILLS: Leader, Tolerant, Honest, Command ability, Articulate, Organized, Hardworking, Responsible, Committed, Proactive, Work under pressure. • EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection area Gender: Unspecified Language: Intermediate English KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION  Plastic injection process adjustment  Office software proficiency  Injection of various types of plastic.  Injection molds  ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems  VDA 6.3 and CQI-23 requirements  Tools for process control and continuous improvement  Personnel administration.  Effective supervision • EDUCATION  Industrial Engineering or related field. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Plastic injection Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
