This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with an interest in the digital and automotive worlds. Responsibilities * Uploading and updating products on the online store and marketplaces (descriptions, prices, images, and stock). * Tracking orders, shipments, and deliveries. * Customer service. * Supporting inventory management and stock control for e-commerce. * Coordinating with the warehouse and workshop teams to fulfill orders. * Assisting with promotions, campaigns, and product listings. * Reviewing incidents, returns, and clarifications. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school (technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative, marketing, or related fields is desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital customer service. * Basic knowledge of online sales platforms. * Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Organizational skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail. Desirable * Experience in the automotive or accessories sector. * Knowledge of Mercado Libre, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. * Interest in 4x4, off-road, or automotive modifications.
