Job Description: Construction Supervisor **Position:** Construction Supervisor **Department:** Construction / Civil Engineering **Location:** Puebla **Schedule:** Full-time Position Objective Supervise, coordinate, and control on-site operational activities, ensuring compliance with the company's work schedules, quality, safety, and productivity requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise operational staff and contractors on site. * Coordinate daily civil engineering and/or structural steel activities. * Verify physical progress against the construction schedule. * Manage materials, tools, and equipment used on site. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare daily progress reports and site logs. * Identify and resolve operational issues during project execution. * Review drawings, specifications, and project scope. * Coordinate work with clients, suppliers, and site representatives. * Guarantee quality in construction processes and finishes. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision. * Knowledge of civil works, structural steel, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and reading technical drawings. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Willingness to travel and work on-site.
