We are seeking proactive, organized talent to join our team as: **BRANCH MANAGER** **Objective:** Oversee daily company operations to ensure profitability, achieve sales targets, and guarantee customer satisfaction. **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary: $ 20,000\.00 * Commissions (uncapped) * Statutory benefits * Fixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm **Responsibilities:** * Branch opening. * Inventory control. * Daily supervision of operational and administrative staff. * Staff hiring. * Branch expense and supply control. * Branch operations and logistics. * Customer service and after-sales support. * Achieve company-established sales targets. * Provide specialized technical advice to customers. * Report preparation. * Compliance with company policies. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum verifiable sales experience (10 years) (industrial tire, agricultural, freight transport, construction, mining, or industrial sectors). * Minimum verifiable management experience (5 years). * Inventory control experience. * Computer and Office software proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Employment stability. * Valid driver’s license.
