Exercising strong and adaptable leadership, tailored to the technical and operational profiles of the team. Directly managing IT vendors and ensuring delivery of agreed deliverables. Communicating progress, risks, and decisions in an executive manner to management and senior leadership. Coordinating internal and external project teams, aligning architecture, data, business, and integrations. Maintaining dynamism, drive, and pace, while always adhering to methodology and order. Guiding the project with strategic vision, anticipating needs and defining the optimal path to achieve objectives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing control.
