This role emphasizes visualization, advanced analytics, and automation, working closely with regional teams to support decision-making in key areas such as risk, marketing, portfolio, and product. **What You’ll Do Daily** * Design and evolve executive dashboards to high visual and analytical standards (primarily Power BI). * Analyze business behavior, performance, and trends through metrics and cohorts. * Automate analytical workflows and reporting using SQL and Python. * Collaborate closely with Risk, Marketing, Product, and Portfolio teams to generate actionable insights. * Define and document metrics, KPIs, and data quality criteria. * Prepare analysis-ready datasets for consumption by other analytical teams. * Develop ad-hoc analyses for leadership and management, focused on decision-making. * **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in data analysis within data-driven environments. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL for analysis, complex queries, and automation. * Practical knowledge of Python applied to analysis and reporting. * Advanced expertise in Power BI for building executive dashboards. * Ability to analyze KPIs, trends, cohorts, and business performance. * Skill in translating data into clear insights for non-technical teams and leadership. * High standards of organization, documentation, and deliverable quality.
