**Job Description** **Position Objective:** Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and secure backend services, ensuring the proper operation of platforms, integrations, and business workflows, while collaborating closely with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams. **Key Responsibilities:** · Software Development: Coding and maintenance of microservices primarily using Golang and JavaScript. · Microservices Architecture: Design, development, and maintenance of multiple microservices concurrently, ensuring efficient communication among them. · Database Management: Executing complex queries on relational and non-relational databases for new development and issue resolution. · Cloud Administration (AWS): Deploying APIs, monitoring service health, and modifying configurations directly via the Amazon Web Services (AWS) console. · Error Diagnosis and Resolution: Identifying bugs through comprehensive analysis including source code review, database data inspection, and AWS log review to implement effective solutions. **Experience:** · 2–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer · Experience with REST APIs and client\-server architecture · Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) · Knowledge of version control (Git) · Experience in debugging, logging, and monitoring **Technical Skills:** * Golang (Go) * Building REST APIs * Common frameworks (Gin, Fiber, Echo, or net/http) * JavaScript (Node.js) **Skills:** * Clear technical communication with clients possessing varying levels of expertise. * Ability to explain complex concepts simply to executives and non-technical departments. * Structured thinking to diagnose issues in real-world workflows (input/output, billing, access control, anti\-passback, zones). * Rigorous documentation and simultaneous management of multiple projects at different stages. * Ability to lead technical sessions with enterprise and government clients.
