Requires strong office software skills (primarily Excel and Word), excellent spelling, alphanumeric data entry speed, and organizational ability. * **Data entry:** Recording information in internal systems and Excel files. * **Document management:** Classifying, organizing, scanning, and archiving physical and digital documents. * **Database updating:** Keeping information current and verifying record accuracy. * **Reporting and invoicing:** Preparing administrative reports and supporting invoicing or inventory control.
