Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst / Operational Control (ERP) to ensure process functionality, detect and correct errors, and monitor cross-departmental operations in a coffee company. Focused on order and control *Systems Analyst / Operational Control (ERP)* **Location: Texcoco, State of Mexico, Warehouse 1 in Texcoco Industrial Park. Lecheria–Los Reyes Highway km23+500, La Magdalena Panoaya Neighborhood** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Work Mode: On-site** **About the Company** A Mexican coffee-sector company operating in production, marketing, and maintenance of coffee machines, currently undergoing internal reorganization. We seek to bring on board a key individual who will help systematize and control processes through the ERP system. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of processes within the ERP system, detect errors, correct deviations, and monitor cross-departmental operations. Main Responsibilities * Supervise correct usage of the ERP system (Odoo or similar) * Identify errors in sales, collections, warehouse, production, and accounting processes * Correct deviations and follow up with involved departments * Support implementation of best practices for system usage * Track machine maintenance requests (communication with customers and technical department) * Coordinate information across departments to ensure correct order flow Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Experience handling ERP or CRM systems (mandatory) * Experience in operational or process control * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Residency near Texcoco or willingness to commute without difficulty Ideal Candidate Profile * Analytical and observant individual * Focused on order and control * Proactive with ability to propose improvements * Capable of working independently without constant supervision * Assertive enough to identify errors and follow up effectively What We Offer * Salary: $11,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity within the project Important Note We seek a candidate eager to engage directly with the company’s actual operations and contribute to process improvement.
