We are seeking talent for the position of Project Manager. **Competencies:** · Organizational management and planning. · Creativity and initiative. · Group leadership. · Knowledge of programming tools. · Microsoft Office suite. · Proactivity and ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams. · Autonomy and ability to collaborate effectively within teams. **PLUS (Preferred Qualifications):** · Experience in the automotive industry (desirable). · Familiarity with industrial robot programming (KUKA, FANUC, ABB). · Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens / Phoenix). · Familiarity with E\-plan reading. · Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet, Profinet, Profisafe). · Intermediate \- advanced English level (desirable). · Intermediate \- advanced German level (desirable). **Key Responsibilities:** · Ensure appropriate working conditions for staff at client facilities. · Participate in client meetings and position the company advantageously to achieve optimal project outcomes. · Negotiate additional project costs with the client. · Support on-site collection of information regarding extra costs. · Test and analyze developed solutions. · Participate in documentation preparation. · Actively participate in team meetings. · Ensure adherence to milestones across various projects. · Ensure management and implementation of strategies to meet timing, scope, and cost objectives. · Ensure completion of status reports for PLCs, robots, and installations. · Evaluate and record monthly results and progress via *Project Management Report.* **Requirements:** · Gender: Unrestricted · Age: Unrestricted · Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree or Engineering degree.
