Job Summary:
Human Resources Specialist to promote employee engagement and preparedness through communication, motivation, training, and workplace climate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer staff training and development programs.
2. Coordinate workplace climate surveys and action plans for their improvement.
3. Design, administer, and monitor development plans.
A metal-mechanical company specializing in manufacturing high-quality automotive trailers seeks a Human Resources Specialist.
**Objective:**
Promote employee engagement and preparedness through communication systems, motivation, training, and workplace climate, implementing and monitoring the department’s strategy.
**Responsibilities:**
**I.** Execute and administer the training program.
**II.** Coordinate and conduct workplace climate surveys, implementing proposed action plans for control and improvement.
**III.** Maintain individual employee training files, preserving each employee’s training history.
**IV.** Coordinate talks, courses, seminars, and other events.
**V.** Monitor organizational communication and dissemination mechanisms.
**VI.** Design, administer, and monitor development plans.
**VII.** Update foundational process-control documents under their responsibility (e.g., annual training plan, performance evaluations, attendance lists, matrices, etc.).
**VIII.** Control and monitor departmental activities using performance indicators.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
