Organization and attention to detail in operations Castelog Company urgently seeks a **Picking Supervisor**. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for organizing, processing, and tracking orders; validating their accurate entry into the system; coordinating and supervising picking staff; prioritizing orders according to delivery deadlines; and verifying order completeness. Handles and tracks incidents and shortages. **Requirements:** * Experience in picking, warehouse, or operations (preferred). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic computer system and record-keeping proficiency. * Ability to prioritize orders. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Effective communication skills for incident follow-up. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of 3000 pesos. * Weekly punctuality bonus of $200. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.** **Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.** **Work Location:** Capilla de Guadalupe, Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco.
