We are looking for passionate UX researcher to join our dynamic digital team supporting one of our key global clients. The key responsibilities for the UX Researcher role include, but are not limited to: * Plan, design, and conduct mixed\-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across diverse corporate banking experiences. * Translate complex user insights into actionable recommendations that align with product strategy, inform product roadmaps, and prove UI/UX designs. * Work as an embedded partner with our stakeholders in design, product, content, and engineering to frame problems, test concepts, and iterate based on feedback. * Lead user interviews, competitive analysis, usability testing, and surveys with institutional users/products. * Develop personas and journey maps to support long\-term experience strategy. * Advocate for user\-centered design by clearly communicating findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives, artifacts, and presentations. * Ensure research practices align with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data privacy, banking compliance). * Maintain a repository of insights and support a culture of continuous learning and evidence\-based decision\-making. * Identify, track, and monitor KPIs relevant to business needs throughout a project lifecycle.
