This position will be based in **Mexico City or San Pedro Garza**. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week working in the office. The **Savings Plan Consultant** must lead and coordinate implementation and administration projects for savings plans, savings funds, and pension plans for our clients. **You will be responsible for:** * Serving as the consultant accountable for managing and maintaining a strong and effective client relationship, ensuring proper administration and operation of savings plans. * Leading projects focused on account growth and development, providing specialized consulting to optimize and efficiently manage plans. * Defining, implementing, and maintaining a robust corporate governance framework to ensure regulatory compliance, transparency, and sustainability of administered savings plans. * Facilitating communication and coordination between clients and vendors, negotiating and issuing recommendations where necessary, and tracking internal teams and vendors to meet schedules, review contracts, and examine legal documents related to savings plans. * Managing activities with various internal Mercer teams and external vendors. * Ensuring smooth administrative execution of savings plans, being responsible for internal Mercer activities such as billing and collections for services rendered, fee calculation, code request and management, and coordinating vendor payments. * Providing guidance, expertise, tools, and support to ensure savings plan programs achieve their strategic objectives and deliver full client satisfaction. * Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and drive revenue growth from products. * Delivering commercial presentations, designing and preparing marketing materials and supporting presentations for clients. * Mapping processes to identify workflows for each client’s internal operations and administration of savings plans. **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **4 years** of relevant experience managing client portfolios, preferably within the financial sector or wealth management, handling benefits, retirement, or specialized investment instruments focused on Social Security. * Experience managing savings plan solutions. * General technical knowledge of investment instruments specialized in Social Security, pension or retirement plans, savings funds, or savings plans. * Excellent project management skills. * **Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.** * Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent skills in building and maintaining business relationships across all organizational levels, oral and written communication, leadership, and team coordination. * Availability to travel within Mexico as required by client needs. **What Makes You Stand Out:** * Experience working with financial institutions or financial consulting firms. * Certification as a PMO professional or in agile methodologies. * Experience using CRM systems or investment platforms. * AMIB certification (highly desirable). **Why Join Our Team:** * We help you unlock your full potential through professional growth opportunities, engaging and purpose-driven work, and leaders who support you along the way. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and make an impact on peers, clients, and communities. * Our global scale and presence enable us to offer diverse career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards designed to enhance your well-being.
