Location: Tula De Allende Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce \- Sales \- Wholesale Type of Contract: Permanent * Assigns monthly and timely sales, portfolio, and conquest objectives to their team, ensuring proper alignment with overall goals * Continuously monitors the performance results of each Advisor under their supervision * Sets sales, volume, and conquest targets for each Advisor on their team * Provides feedback and support on how to improve performance, in accordance with established management procedures * Conducts market visits to: * Evaluate the execution of the success plan at customer locations * Provide immediate feedback on areas needing improvement * Directly assist in conflict resolution and customer negotiations * Gather customer feedback regarding service quality * Prepares evaluation reports and operational assessments of channel activation performance to support advisory teams * Demonstrates leadership in building a high-performance work team * Responsible for developing functional skills within their personnel * Ensures customer portfolio levels comply with institutional guidelines At HEINEKEN México our commitment is to respect people, society and the environment, we are against any discriminatory practice of religion, sex, political tendency, socioeconomic level or ethnic origin.
