Job Summary: Executive driver responsible for transportation, vehicle maintenance, personal errands, and ensuring confidentiality with high availability and discretion. Key Highlights: 1. Requires high responsibility, discretion, and strong communication skills Responsibilities: - Transport the executive and/or family members to meetings, events, airports, and personal activities. - Plan efficient routes considering traffic conditions and travel time. - Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in optimal mechanical condition. - Maintain records of services, inspections, insurance, registration, and all vehicle documentation. - Assist with personal errands (payments, purchases, administrative procedures). - Safeguard confidential information and maintain absolute discretion. - Report mechanical or security incidents. - Strictly comply with current traffic regulations. - Track expenses related to this role.
